The objective of Framework Agreement is the supply and delivery of gully blocking stone for the purpose of creating dams in peat moorlands to create habitat pools and assist in the rewetting of the moors. The Stone shall be supplied on a Call off Basis to the Authority for the Framework Period and shall consist of not less than 2 000 tonnes of Stone. 1. The Stone shall conform to the following requirements, either: 1.1. Gully blocking Stone; or 1.2. Gabion Stone.
