Specialist Support to provide a full Business Case concerning the development of a Cornwall Energy Company

Tender description

Undertake an outline business case to assess the potential for an energy company for Cornwall. It is intended that the outline business case will be used to inform a decision by the Council on whether or not to proceed with the process of establishing and energy company and what structure the Council should pursue. PLEASE NOTE the electronic version of the RFQ and all supporting information is ONLY available and accessible via the following portal supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and NOT via any individual buyer Please also note that the Council is seeking to appoint an independent consultant to assist with the preparation of the Outline Business Case. As a result, the successfully appointed service provider for this commission will not be permitted to submit a further bid, in respect of any future tender opportunities advertised by the Council in respect of this wider Project, i.e., to develop a Cornwall Energy Company, and the Council reserves the right to exclude any such bidders in this instance.
