Tender description

The University of Southampton is currently exploring a range of Leisure Management System options in order to scope the specification requirements for a replacement to its current system. As part of this, the University if keen to explore all options that may be currently available in the marketplace and is conducting a soft market testing exercise to engage with potential suppliers. The current requirement which has been identified by the University is for a Leisure Management System solution that shall include the following: — Membership Management; — CRM/Workflow linked to Prospecting and customer communications; — Class and Course Bookings including swimming lessons; — Sales; — Access Control; — Reporting and Audit Trail; — Online Solutions for customers and staff; — Ability to link in with the University's financial packages provided by WPM and Agresso. Interested parties are invited to complete and return the Soft Market Testing (SMTE) Questionnaire providing information on any available system(s) which they believe can meet these requirements or details of any alternative solution(s) which they consider would meet the University's needs by another method. The deadline for the receipt of completed SMTE Questionnaires is Wednesday 17.8.2016 (12:00 noon). Responses received as part of this exercise shall be used to help shape the University's final specification of system requirements and scope any resulting procurement process. Please Note: This SMTE is intended to allow interested organisations with appropriate expertise to outline their views and provide impartial information to the University with no commitment to themselves or the University. This is not a call for competition at this stage.
