The Bank of England (‘Bank’) is tendering for a solution to meet strategic data collection requirements. The successful bid will supply and implement a data collection solution. It must: — Enable firms to submit data to the Bank robustly and securely in structured and unstructured standardised data formats via web forms, file upload and web services; — Provide administration, scheduling and work-flow for data collections of varying size, complexity and business processes; — Support automatic and manual business validation and plausibility checking rules; — Manage the processing of submitted data through various states before interacting with downstream processes; — Allow data received to be viewed as supplied in template format; — Support notifications to internal and external parties for status updates and validation messages; — Support secure and effective transfer of data to third parties outside the Bank; — Interact with other Bank systems.
