International Nuclear Services Ltd (INS) wishes to identify suppliers who may be interested and have experience in providing an EU Flagged Marine Vessel with a roll/on-roll/off and load/on-load/off capability and have a minimum classification of INF 2 to undertake sea freight transport of Class 7 nuclear material. International Nuclear Services Ltd (INS) wishes to identify suppliers who may be interested and have experience in providing an EU Flagged Marine Vessel with a roll/on-roll/off and load-on/load-off capability and have a minimum classification of INF 2 to undertake sea freight transport of Class 7 nuclear material between a point of delivery at a port of loading and the point of delivery at a port of discharge utilizing an agreed route and an agreed time-scale. The supplier must be signatories of and comply with the national laws and regulations covering the transport of nuclear materials in accordance with the recommendations outlined in INFCIRC225 revision 5 and comply with the latest IMDG code, 2004 edition. For the avoidance of doubt all dates and values identified are purely indicative as the sole purpose of this PIN is to establish interested suppliers only. A further PIN may be issued to invite interested parties to a market engagement day.
