Tender description
To procure Architects services to deliver a replacement Year 6 classroom block in Shacklewell Primary School.The works contract will be on the basis of a Traditional contract. The Architect will take the project from RIBAStage 0 through to Planning, construction, completion and release of retention. Included in this appointment isa multi-disciplinary design team, headed by the Architect, to provide the requisite skills required for a successfuldelivery. The design team will consist of: Contract Administrator (can be adopted role of another member of the multi-disciplinary design team) Architect.
