Tender description
Project Now Live. The right to manage, promote and exploit the sale of Roadside Advertising Space at c.2500 locationsthroughout the country, plus c.6 additional backlit bridge locations in Central London. Maintenance, Repair andRenewal obligations for each of the sites using a safety cased sub-contractor. The agreement supports generation of income for the Property Retail team as part of their Retail PropertyStrategy. A replacement concession contract requires to be tendered to achieve: • the maximum possible revenue • raise the quality of outdoor advertising • drive longer term revenue increases across the term of the agreement * provide a capital receipt to support NR investment programme in Control Period 5 through a greater share of NR revenue
