Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking for a contractor(s) to deliver training in emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) within the health sector on a range of short (one- or two-day) training courses. Courses may be delivered by the contractor alone or in conjunction with a PHE emergency response trainer and will be delivered throughout England, primarily to delegates from the National Health Service. PHE will develop the training courses and the supporting training materials. Candidates should have extensive experience of working in EPRR together with either wide experience at a senior level in the Police or a qualification as an Emergo Senior Instructor. In order to achieve this, the contractor(s) will be required to be available to deliver courses from 1st April 2017. The contractor(s) will be expected to: 1.Familiarise themselves with the PHE training material. 2.Deliver training sessions. The deliverables will be: 1.Delivery of PHE training courses in line with the PHE training materials provided. Note that there is no guaranteed quantity of work during the period of this contract.
