Tender description

We need 1 or more suppliers who can provide us with a good standard of regular maintenance of communally shared areas of amenity grass, paths and hedge areas. We would like suppliers to take on additional responsibilities and report property maintenance issues and work closely with T&D on neighbourhood issues. We aim to appoint a single supplier. We reserve the right to appoint more than 1 if it is in the best interests of T&D to do so. Contract will be for 5 years on a 3+1+1 basis.
