Tender description

Leicester City Council on behalf of New College working with British Cycling invites Tenders for a Supplier to construct a closed loop cycle track 1 km long 6m wide on the playing field of New College, Glenfield Road, Leicester. New College have applied for funding from British Cycling and Leicester City Council A detailed description of the works is detailed in Section 2 Specification. The project is subject to funding being secured. In the event funding is not received then this tender may be aborted. Any aborted costs shall not be met by the Authority. The works must to be completed before 31st March 2017 to comply with the funding conditions. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded to a single Supplier. Keywords: Construction, Cycle Track
