Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for its Occupational Therapy services which support the Concessionary Awards Team, on the terms and conditions set out in these Instructions and attached Contract Documentation. The London Borough of Lewisham’s Occupational Therapy services support the Concessionary Awards Team in providing Blue Badge, Freedom Pass and Taxi Card awards to some of the most vulnerable residents of the borough. The aims of this work will be to: • screen applications, • carry out mobility assessments, • determine eligibility in line with statutory and local schemes.
