Tender description

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is undertaking a competitive procurement for professional fund-raising capacity and advice in relation to the Cadet Bursary Fund (CBF). This will be for a 24-month period stretching from 1.8.2016 to 31.7.2018. The newly appointed fund-raisers will be tasked to build on the work already undertaken and develop a realistic fund-raising strategy to raise 2 750 000 GBP during the 24-month contract period. The CCFA is inviting bids for a contract which will run from 1.8.2016 to 31.7.2018. The tender process will comprise of 2 stages. Firstly, the validation of suppliers, based on the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). A maximum of 4 organisations, scoring a minimum of 66 % against the PQQ evaluation criteria will be put through to stage 2: Evaluation of the full Tender submission. If more than 4 organisations score above 66 % only the top scoring 4 will be invited. Conversely if less than 4 meet the minimum threshold only those that do meet it will be invited. Both the tender and the PQQ should be submitted at the same time, but as 2 separate documents.
