Tender description

The supply and delivery of Natural Fibre Logs to sites within the Peak District and South Pennines SAC. The objective of the Framework Agreement is the supply and delivery of Natural Fibre Logs of various lengths and specification for delivery on a call-off basis to a variety of delivery sites during the Framework Period. Quantities cannot be confirmed at the time of tender. The Natural Fibre Logs shall conform to either of the following requirements: 1. Length: a. Mini Natural Fibre Log (80x30cm); or, b. Large Natural Fibre Log (250x30cm); 2. Shall be made of a natural fibre (e.g. coir or sisal or hessian or hemp or similar); 3. The Contractor shall be required to store or have immediate access to the Natural Fibre Logs in a secure, dry setting during each contract period.
