Tender description

The Bank wants to understand and assess the solution options available in this area and get feedback from across the market. It is anticipated that the solution may include the following attributes: 1. Generic career management content along with tools to support general career management processes (to be provided by the Vendor). 2. Bank bespoke career management content (to be developed and sourced by the Bank). 3. A Career Framework Portal (to be provided by the Vendor) that will enable the publication and maintenance of career management content (generic and Bank bespoke) along with associated tools as well as providing an interactive user experience to access internal role and skills data for career development. The purpose of this request is to establish the types of Career Framework solutions that are available to the Bank and the indicative costs of these solutions.
