Tender description

The purpose of this Contract is intended to appoint a Contractor to provide and erect Nameplates, Traffic Signs, and Guardrails throughout the borough of Sefton on a planned and ad hoc basis. The value and quantity of any work issued to the Contractor under this Contract cannot be guaranteed and a minimum or maximum annual value should not be assumed. Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is proposing to carry out a procurement exercise to determine whether they can acquire alternative types / styles of street nameplates. Consequently tenderers may be requested to negotiate rates for additional items. Please be aware that TUPE may apply to this contract.
