Tender description
NHS Brent CCG is currently reviewing Early Supported Discharge services for Stroke Patients across the borough. The aim of the service is to provide high quality care in patient's homes enabling them to be rehabilitated faster in the community. The CCG is seeking responses from providers to help them determine the route to market for the service and the level of interest within the market will indicate whether it would be appropriate for the CCG to invite bids via competitive tenders.
