Tender description

A new supported housing service for Lambeth residents is required and must provide accommodation and support to include the following: — Supported housing for 14 people who will be accommodated in 1-bedroom self-contained flats; — Daytime support staff and a responsive night service that will consist of 1 waking night and 1 sleep-in support worker, backed up by a senior manager on-call service; — Designated communal spaces for a range of therapeutic and well-being activities on a 1:1 and/or group basis, to include cooking sessions, exercise groups, key-work and peer support; — Medication advice and support to self-manage medication as well as support to understand and cope with side-effects; — Additional office accommodation and facilities including managed access to the building through the staff office; — A collaborative approach to working with commissioners, local primary and secondary care teams and other stakeholders in Lambeth.
