Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is looking to purchase support services for People living with HIV. This vulnerable group should receive timely and tailored support which promotes their emotional, physical and social well-being. The purpose of this tender is to: — Deliver a range of confidential, timely and easy to access evidence-based interventions for people newly diagnosed and/or living with HIV; — Encourage an approach which enables service users to manage their long term condition independently and effectively; — Increase awareness and access to key local universal services (such as health, housing, employment, social care, faith groups, social, community, welfare and legal services); — Improve health and well-being, develop personal resilience, social and community inclusion. This will be a framework arrangement with 2 suppliers appointed to lot 1. Providers should note that there is no guarantee of work as a result of being appointed to the framework and the amount quoted earlier in this notice is the maximum amount of money possible for the full term of the contract over both lots.
