HBC - Car Park Works - Phase 3

Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake Capital repairs to one of the Council’s Car Parks. The car park works required are: 1) Resurfacing of the Civic Office car park (Borehamwood) and will include surfacing works, road marking / parking bay relining to current specifications, gully and drain cleaning, installation of cable ducts and access chambers as required and may include other minor works i.e. kerb / gully and drainage alterations etc. Note: The car park is generally full on most normal working days, it is therefore envisaged that the successful Contractor will phase the works in a manner agreed in advance with the Engineer so as to keep the majority of the car park open at all times. The Contractor should take this into account when pricing the bill and submit their proposals for consideration. Please also note that the car park has vehicle detection loops at all entrance and exit points.
