Tender description

Habinteg Housing Association Limited is seeking to select a preferred contractor to carry out their 3* gas servicing and maintenance contract to 1 106 properties. The contract will consist of routine annual statutory safety checks, annual servicing, ‘re-let’, cap off and on, servicing, maintenance, breakdown repairs, provision of service reports and records, and the issue of Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) check certificates in respect of the Employer's gas appliances, fittings, flues and associated equipment in the Employer's domestic premises. The contract will also cover the planned preventative maintenance and responsive maintenance of the central heating and domestic hot waters systems including hot water cylinders, immersion elements and thermostats. Habinteg Housing Association Limited is seeking to select a preferred contractor to carry out their 3* gas servicing and maintenance contract to 1 106 properties, with a proposed start date of 1.8.2016. The contract will initially be for a 5-year period to 31.7.2021 with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years until 31.7.2026.
