Tender description
In support of DFID Nigeria's Operational Plan and as the 2nd of 3 new anti-corruption programmes, DFID has appointed a service provider to deliver its new Facility for Oil and Gas Sector Transparency and Reform (FOSTER 2). The new programme, will partner with groups across the oil and gas sector to strengthen how Nigeria's key extractive sector is managed, help Nigeria prevent revenue losses, and minimise the negative impact of the industry on local communities.
