Tender description

Provision of Insurance Services (excluding Brokerage Services). The University is pleased to invite tenders for a provision of insurance covers from 1.8.2016. The tender is divided into 8 Lots, according to the type of cover required. Tenders may be submitted for a single Lot or multiple Lots dependent upon the Tenderers capability. However the University requires that responses and tendered prices given should be individually priced for each Lot. If a tenderer is only offering cover for a ‘package’ of Lots / policies (rather than individual policies) then they must categorically state and identify which Lots / policies are only offered on a ‘package’ basis. The contract will commence on 1.8.2016 until 31.7.2019 with additional 3 single year renewal options which may be taken up at the discretion of the University and the supplier.
