Educator Support Programme for Secondary Care Educational Supervisors

HEE are inviting proposals from medical educational institutes to develop and deliver an education support package to enable Local Education Providers (LEPs) to deliver an educational programme to non-training grade doctors. The aims of the supplier will be to: • Deliver a Train the Trainers programme within a maximum of 16 sites across the East Midlands • Provide a toolkit to enable LEPs to cascade their learning amongst the educator workforce • Provide expert advice to key education contacts at each of the LEPs in order to enable individuals to use the model for non-training grade doctors • Design case based learning materials to enable LEPs to access educational material to use for non-training grade doctors Keywords: Educator, Secondary Care, Local Education Providers, East Midlands, Medical, Education
