Tender description

Public Health England's Personal Dosimetry Service is seeking a supplier to provide: Lot 1 — Supply of Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (TLD) Body Cards and associated accessories compatible with Harshaw 8800 Readers; Lot 2 — PHE_Scientific_Lot 2_Supply of DXT-RAD Extremity Dosimeters and associated accessories; Lot 3 — Supply of EXT-RAD Extremity Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (TLD) Body Cards and associated accessories. PHE PDS is a large dosimetry service, approved by the UK Health and Safety Executive under the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 and assisting radiation employers in measuring doses to their workers. The Qualification envelope must be completed and submitted with each appropriate tender. Any tenders received without the qualification envelope completed will be void and rejected.
