The purpose of this advert is to engage with the market to assess the level of interest and considerations in providing a residual waste treatment solution(s) for Leicestershire. Leicestershire City Council and Leicester CityCounty Council (jointly referred to as ‘Leicester Sshire ’) are working together to assess future delivery options for this service plus potentially other waste services post 2020.
