Tender description

Engineering Consultancy Services, Courtown North Beach and Marina Feasibility Study and Establishment of Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Marine Engineering Works, Wexford County Council. Wexford County Council now wishes to establish a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Engineering Consultants who will provide professional design related services for Marine Engineering Works (‘the Framework Agreement’). Wexford County Council intends to use a single stage, open competition for the creation of the Framework Agreement. Applicants are required to complete the response to this Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). In addition Applicants are being requested to submit a tender in accordance with the requirements of the separate Instructions to Tenderers and the Tender and Schedule documents for an initial ‘Call-off-Contract’ comprising the Courtown North Beach and Marina Feasibility Study at Courtown, Co Wexford. The SAQ response of all Applicants will be assessed. Only applicants who pass the suitability assessment process will have their tender for the initial ‘Call-off- Contract’ assessed. Tenders will be evaluated against the award criteria and ranked in order to determine the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender will be awarded the initial ‘Call-off Contract’ and it is anticipated the top eight (8) highest scoring tenderers will be appointed to the Framework Agreement provided there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers available.
