Brent Early Supported Discharge Service for Stroke

NHS Brent CCG is currently reviewing Early Supported Discharge services for Stroke Patients across the borough. The aim of the service is to provide high quality care in patient’s homes enabling them to be rehabilitated faster in the community. The service is currently running as a pilot, and a Service Specification has been developed from this pilot. The CCG is seeking responses from providers to help them determine the route to market for the service and the level of interest within the market will indicate whether it would be appropriate for the CCG to invite bids via competitive tenders. Note: An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in any subsequent procurement process, nor does it infer any special status on those providers who do submit an interest. Neither will this notice or any organisation’s expression of interest commit the CCG to undertake any procurement of an Early Supported Discharge service & the CCG has a right to withdraw the notice. Providers are invited to express their interest in the early engagement via emailing the completed questionnaire to greg_reide@nhs.net by 5pm on 12th August 2016.
