Tender description
The Regent Road Car Park site in Altrincham currently provides an area of Council operated surface car parking. The Council has been exploring future options for the development of this site to make better use of its assets, provide additional commercial contractor car parking and support the regeneration of Altrincham Town Centre. The area available for new development potentially includes the existing car park and adjoining third party sites owned by Consensus Property and associated entities (referred to as Consensus Property hereafter) at 16-24 The Downs and a former bowling green. Trafford council requires a consultancy partner to advise on a Master planning exercise to incorporate Regent Road car park and Ex Bowling Green Land to provide a clear deliverable option for the future of the site that meets the objectives of the Council and Consensus Property Keywords: Regent Road Car Park , altrincham, bowling green, development
