Tender description
Herefordshire council is re-commissioning its short breaks offer for April 2017. If your organisation is interested in offering either daytime activities or overnight short breaks for disabled children, please book on to one of the provider engagements events below by following the links to Eventbrite on the attached document. Event 1 Mordiford Room, Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE 10.00-12.30 Monday 22nd August Event 2: Committee Room 1, Shire Hall, St Peter’s Square, Hereford HR1 2HX 10.00-12.30 Tuesday 13th September Please note these provider events have now closed but the attached presentation will remain available for providers to view until 28th September or until the Short Breaks tender(s) is launched (late September to early November 2016).
