Cheshire East Council is procuring a commercial partner on behalf of EoTN in the form of this tender; Concession Contract for the Provision of an EotN Framework Delivery Provider, to provide a full spectrum of development, procurement, marketing and contract management services to EotN in delivering these Frameworks. Engine of the North (EotN) will be setting up a number of procurement related National Framework Agreements covering various work areas, which will be open for all public sector bodies to use as well as EotN themselves. The first framework anticipated for delivery is Volumetric Modular Housing. The term of the contract is 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 months. EotN is a company owned&controlled by Cheshire East Council (CEC)&keen to set up a number ofprocurementrelated National Framework Agreements covering various work areas,open for all public sectorbodies to useas well as EotN.CEC on behalf of EotN is assisting with procurement of a commercial partner inthe form ofthis tender;a concession contract for provision of a framework delivery provider (“the provider”),thatwill supplydevelopment procurement marketing&contract management services to EotN in deliveringFrameworks.Thecontract term is 3+1+1 &value is upto an est.£5m generated via the framework.Contractvalue thresholdbetween £2m-£5m due to the nature of concession contract&rebate agreement describedthe value ispotentially openended based on input of successful tenderer throughout contract term and thebuilds&rebateshown in tender documents but no guarantee as to achievement of these values can be given bythe authority Award and Contract Start will be made within the year ofo 2016 Keywords: Volumetric, Marketing, Contract Management, Modular Construction, Procurement, Frameworks
