Tender description

Newcastle City Council (and on behalf of and on occasion the North East Combined Authority) is looking to establish a framework of 3 providers who can utilise city planning, air quality and transport-based data, scheme designs and rationale and present them in positive and engaging ways to the public and wider stakeholders. Such visualisations and associated descriptions will be used to communicate and explain the rationale behind key decisions the Council makes in relation to its transport proposals, and must therefore present key data and information in an engaging way that is easy to understand while also helping to justify the rationale for decisions that are based on an evidenced need to improve our city’s infrastructure. The Invitation to Tender is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: Introduction and organisation’s guide to the tender process; Instructions and details of Contract; Schedule 1 - Specification; Schedule 2 - Contract; Schedule 3 - Form of Tender, including Pricing Schedule; Schedule 4 - Certificate of Non-Collusion and Non-Canvassing; and Schedule 5 - Contract Rebate Form Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline.
