Tender description
Doncaster Council is inviting tender submissions on the terms set out in this ITT for the purchase of provision from Non-Maintained and or independent Special Educational Needs Schools / Colleges offering education or combined care / education for young people with SEN statements both pre and post 16. This is a brief tender exercise designed to maintain local flexibility of referrals and choice once operational. It is an interim arrangement designed to run until the introduction of the full White Rose SEN Framework which is due to commence in January 2017 and as such will be open for use by all Yorkshire and Humber Local Authorities. This framework is for both education and associated residential provision where specific Non-Maintained Special Educational Needs Schools / Colleges are required and will cover the following 3 Service Categories: Day placements only; 38 / 39 / 40 week care and education placements; 52 week care / education placements.
