Tender description

Suppliers are invited to submit tender details for the supply, delivery, installation, service and maintenance of vending machines, vending products, consumables and associated products including a fully managed vending service and self fill machine options. Although this is a National framework agreement for Vending Services, Regional suppliers are welcome to bid for each Lot. Lot 1 Confectionery Snacks Ambient. Lot 2 Food including Sandwiches Chilled. Lot 3 Beverages, Bottles and Cans. Lot 4 Beverages, Hot Drinks. Lot 5 Fully Managed Service. Lot 6 Self Fill Machines only. Questions will be asked for Lots 1-4 at tender stage and a product price list will be required with royalties. A case study will be created for Lot 5, Fully Managed Service, with option for members to have a percentage of other machines from other Lots on the framework agreements. Option for members to have a percentage of other machines from other Lots on the framework agreements. Lot 6 will require questions and price of machines etc.
