Tender description

Post Office Limited requires the provision of an annual engagement survey for Staff and Sub-Postmasters with the option of an annual pulse survey for the same audience. These measure engagement, enablement and analyse the key drivers of the employees or sub-postmasters. The services required consist of: (i) The design, development and production of online survey questionnaires; (ii) The production of organisational hierarchies; (iii) Analysing the survey response data; (iv) Reporting the survey of results; (v) Presentation of the survey results; and (vi) follow-on action planning.
