Classroom or blended learning solution for Managing Priorities; Time, Using Lotus Notes training, that covers the following objectives: — Strong time management skills and techniques. — Ensure activities/areas where time is spent gives the maximum return to the organisation i.e. we're spending the right time on the right things). — Planning & managing priorities, including being less reactive and more proactive. — Awareness of potential de-railers/blockers and having a plan to overcome them. — Solid understanding of how Lotus Notes can be used for more than just email and calendar, and how it can support development of time and priority management skills.
