Tender description

The Authority is seeking responses from suitably qualified organisations for the delivery of Residential, Nursing and Respite Care Home Services for older people in the new build, Council owned 70 bed Dual Registered care home, situated at 1 Old Road, Enfield, EN3 5XX. The new service will provide Residential, Residential Dementia, Nursing, Nursing Dementia, Continuing Health Care, Respite Care, End of life care and people with advanced dementia and complex needs care along with the management of the home. This will be part of an 84 month contract with a 36 month extension subject to performance, strategic relevance and demand.
