Tender description

To provide a community based recovery focused Youth Project for young people experiencing mental illness or poor mental health, aged between 16 and 21, who live in the Scottish Borders. The Service shall include 1 to 1 support and group sessions and will work in partnership with other services and professionals to meet the outcomes detailed in the specification.
