Tender description

This contract is for the provision of a secure and reliable Cash Collection Service throughout Dumfries and Galloway region. The Service Provider will be responsible for the safe and secure collection of cash and cheques from various Council properties and the depositing of cash collected to our Council's bank or other mutually agreed site. The contract will be for 1 year from 1.5.2016 to 30.4.2017 (or other mutually agreed dates) with the option to extend on an annual basis for a period of 12 months. The maximum number of period extensions would be 3. Extensions would be based on the satisfactory outcome of annual performance reviews. The estimated value of the contract over 4 years is approximately 206 000 GBP. This is an indicative value only and no guarantee is given with regard to the Council's overall uptake of any resulting contract.
