Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is leading regeneration projects in the Top of Town and the events programme is part of this programme, with the aim of adding vibrancy, a sense of interest and fun, and increasing footfall to this area of town. The Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers to devise and deliver inspiring, attractive, creative and interesting events that add vibrancy and increase footfall to the Top of Town area.
