Repair and maintenance services of generators

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a single Economic Operator (Contractor) for the provision of Generator Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) Estate utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract. The Economic Operator will be responsible for the maintenance of both approximately 134 standby and 37 embedded generators varying in capacity from 3.5 kva up to 1 000 kva throughout the PSNI Estate. The Reactive Maintenance service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods). The Contract will require working in a high security environment.
