Wycombe District Council invites tender submissions for quantity surveying services for the construction of a new community facility at Queen Elizabeth II Playing Fields. An outline design and preliminary costing has taken place and the Council now intends to procure a design & build contractor in order to bring this project to fruition. It is expected that the design & build contractor will obtain planning permission and execute the build. Quantity Surveying Services are required from initial procurement for the design & build contract, through all project stages, to the end certifications.
