Project Management Consultant

Tender description

As part of a major development planned for the National Fisheries College Greencastle (the Greencastle Safety Centre/STC), BIM wish to appoint a consultant Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of the STC through its full life-cycle (from planning to commissioning). The successful applicant will act as the primary conduit between BIM and the architects, quantity surveyors, and builders throughout the planned build and commissioning thus ensuring that BIM’s interests are fully met through the project. The appointment of a PM will be through a framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement will be for up to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory monthly reviews of performance and to budgetary constraints.
