PR and Media Management services

Tender description

NCH invites you to tender for the delivery of PR and Media Management services (individual or organisation) and shall include media liaison, relationship development with reports and journalists proactive and reactive media contact, crisis communications and attending photo call and media events. The Service Provider is required to be available 24 hours a day (including evenings and weekends)* to handle reactive media enquiries (in liaison with NCH communications team and other NCH staff as appropriate) and deliver a timely and appropriate response, to deadline. Usual working hours between 8am and 5pm Emergency cover at all other times The contract period will be for three years with the option for Nottingham City Homes to terminate after year one or anytime thereafter on not less than one month?s notice with the option to extend for a further one year subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
