Tender description
The Approved Provider List aims to provide the following: ? To provide a range of services to meet Adult Social Care needs for adults under 65 with an identified mental health need. ? To improve service users? health and well-being and ensure their safety thus reducing hospital admissions. ? To assist service users to achieve their own recovery, without creating dependence. The service will support the service user to achieve the maximum level of self-reliance possible. All documents are free to download via the Chest website.(https://procontract.due-north.com/) Providers who have already been accepted onto the Approved List do not need to re-apply unless they wish to be considered for Lots for which they haven?t previously been accepted.
