Tender description
Dear Sirs As you may be aware the current passenger transport supplier framework opened in 2012 closes in July 2016, in preparation for a new “Dynamic Purchasing System” (DPS) to commence in August 2016. Last year we ran some preliminary engagement meetings and met many of you and are about to run several of the same presentations across February and March with varied timings to allow greatest attendance. We are hoping to meet as many existing and potential new suppliers as possible in a series of short engagement meetings, these will also be advised on the north west portal – “The Chest” and I hope to see many of you there to discuss the new framework and its potential business opportunities. Booking / reservation replies should be to myself only; pete.hardman@salford.gov.uk stating which presentation you wish to attend and how many places you wish to reserve, please note places are limited on some dates and parking can be difficult at some venues, for operational reasons all meetings will start promptly and should last no longer than 60 – 90 minutes. Please supply a second choice if possible Debbie Derbyshire and myself look forward to meeting you all in the near future. Current available Dates / Times / Locations for the meetings are; St Georges Day Centre Junction of Langley Road South / Broughton Road Salford 8th February 1130hrs 10 places 24th February 1030hrs 10 places 29th February 1200hrs 40 places Civic Centre Committee Room 2 Chorley Road Swinton M275DA 17th February 1830hrs 20 places 2nd March 1900hrs 20 places Many thanks Pete Keywords: Coaches, Transport, PCV, Black Cabs
