Competition is invited for the maintenance and testing of fire alarms and Emergency lighting installations to approximately 121 sites within the borough of St Helen's. The contract will be for a fixed period commencing April 2016 and completing March 2018 A minimum of 5 contractors will be selected to progress to the second stage of the competition. Shortlisted firms will be issued with a Specification to price and a Tender Evidence Document to complete for further evaluation. The contract will utilise the JCT 11 MINOR WORKS BUILDING CONTRACT including JCT 2011 Public Sector Supplement, and all suppliers will be required to agree to the terms and conditions stated therein, a copy of the prelims are included at this stage for your information.
