Tender description

The existing South Street car is an open site located off South Street in the west of Ipswich. The car park is accessed from Orford Street, off Norwich Road. Ipswich Borough Council have recently completed two purchases of additional land adjacent to the existing car park area. The additional land opens onto Norwich Road between some shop premises, where a previous shop had been previously demolished. This additional land is to be developed into further car parking with a tarmacadam finish. The works will also include pedestrian access, some landscaping, cladding on the walls of adjacent buildings, some lighting (all as in the client brief)
