Tender description
The Norwegian water resources and energy directorate wishes, in collaboration with the Angolan Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA), to frame regulations regarding pre-paid electric meters and update and develop regulations regarding production, transmission and distribution of electricity under the Angolan Energy Law. The Instituto Regulador do Sector Eléctrico (IRSE) is responsible for following up the works during the process. The tender contest is above the EEA threshold value, but concerns non-prioritised services and is therefore in accordance with section II in the Public Procurement Regulations.
