Tender description

The University of Portsmouth (UoP) has appointed a team of consultants to work with us to develop a Masterplan for our estate which will provide a framework for coherent, long-term development and promote a vision for the University estate with a strong sense of place and identity. The Masterplan will cover all aspects of the University including academic, administrative and student facilities and will include student housing. It will have our students' experience at its heart and will be flexible to enable us to respond to changing needs and opportunities. The University now wishes to appoint Legal Advisors to work with the Masterplanners and University staff to identify and deliver the legal support necessary for the development of the Delivery Strategy for the Masterplan (refer to Outcome 8 within the Masterplan Consultancy Services Scope of Services). The Legal Advisors will work alongside Financial Advisors appointed by the University to identify the types and sources of financial support necessary to support the development and implementation of the Masterplan. The University will be looking at using the selection document to shortlist to between 5 and 8 suppliers, to be assessed on section 2 ITT documentation.
