UPDATE: Please find further information on the content of Monday's soft market testing event under the "attachments" section. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) is seeking to re-commission its information & advice offer. As part of this process, a soft market testing event will be held as follows: 22 February 2016 2pm - 5pm United Reform Church, Kingston The purpose of this soft market testing event will be to gather intelligence on need, current provision and potential models of delivery to ensure a high-quality, outcomes-driven and value for money service. More detail will be available closer to the event. Social Value is the added benefit to the community following a commissioning process over and above the direct purchasing of goods, services and outcomes. It shall be a requirement for organisations to work with the Council in delivering and measuring Social Value throughout the lifetime of this agreement.
